Scalp mesotherapy

SCALP MESOTHERAPY

In this treatment the scalp is injected with substances stimulating growth and inhibiting hair loss (mainly vitamins and nutrients). It inhibits excessive hair loss, stimulates hair growth, accelerates hair growth and significantly improves hair quality.
Mesotherapy is NOT effective in case of total alopecia. The injected active substance affects hair follicles. Therefore, it is important to start the therapy before it disappears.

Indications for mesotherapy

Any symptoms of alopecia:

  •  male receding hairline and alopecia associated with excess testosterone, seasonal alopecia, alopecia areata, androgenic alopecia (female pattern hair loss);
  • noticeable increase in hair loss while sleeping, combing or washing the head
  • death and loss of hair bulbs, as a result of which hair does not regenerate
  • natural weak hair structure (porosity, brittleness)
  • hair follicle atrophy
  • hair loss problems due to chronic disease. The need to stimulate the hair growth process:
  • stimulation of dormant hair bulbs

Improvement of scalp microcirculation:

  • stimulation of the scalp to spontaneous regeneration, nourishment and hydration, and stimulation of blood circulation that also affects the hair growth
  • needle mesotherapy is also used to eradicate dandruff

Contraindications

  • increased hormone activity, e.g. during pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • scalp diseases (inflammations, skin eruptions, severe scratches)
  • allergy to ingredients in mesotherapy preparations
  • certain chronic diseases, e.g. cancer

Treatment preparation:

It is recommended to wash the head on the day of the treatment.

Therapy scheme (number and frequency of treatments performed):
The scalp mesotherapy takes about 20 minutes. As a result, it inhibits hair loss and visibly improves the quality of the patient’s hair, and leads to its regrowth after 2-3 months. Injections are made every 0.5-1.5 cm with a syringe with a very thin needle. Punctures are not very painful. If the patient has a low pain

threshold, local anaesthetics can be given as spray.
It is recommended to carry out 4-6 treatments every 1-2 weeks, and in the maintenance phase - 1 treatment per month.

Mesotherapy treatments use the most modern medical preparations, which thanks to the content of many active ingredients, revitalise hair bulbs, stimulate circulation, inhibit hair loss and stimulate the regrowth of new ones. The composition of the preparations includes, among others:

56 active ingredients:

  • 13 vitamins
  • 24 amino acids
  • 5 minerals
  • 4 nucleic acids
  • 2 reducing factors,
  • 4 biomimetic peptides:
    • Decapeptide-4 (CG-IDP2): it strengthens hair by stimulating bulbs to produce long shafts of hair
